We are committed to being a daily observer at a project's construction site to answer any questions or concerns from the contractor. We keep a daily log of the construction activities on a given day, in order to keep the construction on schedule. As a project's construction is under way, we have the ability to monitor quality control and various construction installations.
Project Document Management
We are skilled to organize and track all construction process during a project's timeline. We are experienced in responding to a contractor's request for information and change order request, with issuing an addenda or recommendations. As construction issue arise, we communicate and coordinate clearly with each project team member to find a solution.
Final Inspection
We provide a professional inspections for any construction installations, as needed. We work with the contractors to confirm all installations follow the final construction documents. As a project is wrapping up, we confirm that all paper work is completed and issue a punch list for the final walk-through.
